Welcome to Tiva. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Tiva Debit Card or any related services.

Introduction

Tiva Finance (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a platform that enables users to apply for and use a debit card to make transactions at ATMs, POS terminals, and online platforms. These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and card.

By using our services, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

To use the Tiva Debit Card, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As a regulated financial services provider, Tiva is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with applicable AML and KYC laws. By registering for and using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during the onboarding process and at any time thereafter.
  • You must promptly update your account information whenever there is a change to your legal name, address, contact details, or any other information relevant to your identity or eligibility.
  • You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and any additional documentation Tiva deems necessary to verify your identity.
  • You authorize Tiva to verify your information using third-party identity verification services, credit bureaus, and public or private databases.
  • If you fail to provide, maintain, or update accurate KYC information, or if Tiva is unable to verify your identity to its satisfaction, we may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access to funds, and report the activity to the appropriate regulatory authorities as required by law.

You bear full responsibility for any losses, delays, or account restrictions resulting from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete KYC information.

Services Provided

Tiva offers but is not limited to the following services:

  • A debit card allowing users to make payments and withdrawals in local currency.
  • Real-time currency conversion.
  • Access to transactions at ATMs, POS terminals, and online platforms.

The scope of services may evolve, and Tiva reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue features without prior notice.

Service Availability (Waitlist Program)

Tiva is currently in its pre-launch phase, and the Tiva Debit Card is being offered as part of a waitlist program. By applying, you agree that:

  • You are joining the waitlist to express interest in the Tiva Debit Card.
  • This does not guarantee immediate access to the card or its services.
  • You will be contacted with updates, including when the card becomes available for distribution.

Security and Fraud Prevention

We implement advanced security measures, including encryption and fraud detection, to protect your funds and transactions. You agree to:

  • Keep your card and PIN secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or card.

Tiva is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Tiva services for:

  • Illegal activities, including money laundering or financing of terrorism.
  • Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation.
  • Transactions involving prohibited goods or services.

Tiva reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these restrictions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Required by law or regulation.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

Users may also terminate their accounts by contacting our support team.

Disclaimers

  • Tiva services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Tiva is not responsible for any loss due to market fluctuations or exchange rate volatility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiva is not liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Unauthorized access to your account or card resulting from your negligence.
